How to join the server

We understand that the process to play on the 6th Sense server is longer than some expect,  these systems are in place so we can deliver the most up-to date game content and fixes straight to you.

Your forum user name must match your subsequent ArmA 2 player name for traceability purposes,  and we ask that your chosen account user name be readable (avoid using numbers or symbols).

In order for you to join and play on our ArmA 2 server,  you must complete the following steps:

Please complete in order shown!

• Step 1:  Register at 6thSense.eu Forums
  • You can add yourself to various usergroups to gain access to their hidden subforums.  Check Access Groups
  • Please check the “Remember Me” box to enable site functions!

• Step 2:  Post an introduction message in the Welcome Thread
  • Use this thread to tell the community about yourself.

• Step 3:  Navigate to the Passwords page to review and store any passwords you require in the next steps.

• Step 4:  General Installation

1.  ArmA 2 with 1.05 patch must be installed. (Patches)
2.  Download the latest updater from the Files Selection
3.  Unpack and install the program (short path recommended!)
4.  Follow this link to the full set of installation instructions.

Select 6thSense.eu A.C.E (Vanilla) preset when carrying out Step 3 of the full instructions.

• Step 5:  Install and configure Mumble
  • Mumble is our primary VOIP client for use during ArmA 2 sessions.
    
    
• Step 6:  Review our Rules & Polices page.
  
  
• Step 7:  Join the server!

• Kegetys FPS Limiter Currently Offline
  • This is a DLL, not a mod!
  • Place the DLL file into your beta folder, not the main directory.
